Fetch is a faux company specialising in providing dog care resources to pet owners in a given location (for this project: London, England). The resources include one-to-one veterinary consultations, opportunities for curating community, training resources, a pet sitting platform, and 24/7 emergency care.
To create this brand, marketing strategies and UX research was implemented in order to design a brand and company that appealed to the right audience, was visually engaging, and usable.
To help guide users in the right direction on this expansive website, Fetch has created Ferdinand, an AI dog consultant. This poodle uses playful “dog language” to help users with simple requests and directs them to the part of the website that would suit their needs best. However, as some users prefer not to use AI, an option to chat with Fetch’s team of human agents is always available.
